Questions parents ask
What ages is this for?
Chess Education adventures are designed for children learning chess. How to Play Chess covers the basics for brand-new players, and each arcade adventure builds puzzle skill step by step from there.
What does lifetime access mean?
A one-time purchase that gives one child permanent access to that course. There is no renewal and nothing more to pay for that course.
How does the membership work?
All-Access is a monthly membership that unlocks every currently eligible arcade course. Individual covers one child; Family covers up to two children, each with their own saved progress.
Can I enroll more than one child?
Yes. Each child gets their own player profile with separate progress. Lifetime purchases are per child, and the Family membership covers two children.
Does progress save automatically?
Yes. Every child's progress, gold and unlocks save to the cloud automatically, so they can pick up the adventure on any device.
Can I cancel my membership?
Anytime, from the Stripe Customer Portal in your Family Dashboard. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
